ME. Underneath Addiction II

A 7-week, 49-day learning journey for moving beyond the patterns and identity of addiction as you rewire your brain, deepen emotional and somatic healing, reconnect with your authentic Self, and consciously create a new life.

After beginning to understand what lies underneath addiction, Part II asks who you are without it and who you are becoming. The course focuses on moving beyond old identity scripts, expectations, emotional cycles, and survival patterns. Through neuroplasticity, somatic awareness, emotional regulation, trauma healing, relationship repair, conscious choice, and psychospiritual integration, participants create new responses, strengthen accountability, connect with their Future Self, and move toward greater freedom, purpose, connection, and possibility.
